Tasks
Using phone and video tools to assess problems remotely Working closely with operational teams and external partners You’ll be part of the contact centre team, acting as a technical expert and bridging the gap between customer service and field operations. Handling complex customer enquiries on wastewater issues like pollution and flooding Supporting agents with technical guidance and follow-up actions This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting Thames Water’s turnaround strategy by delivering excellent service to customers while protecting the environment and local communities. Sharing expertise to improve processes and service delivery

What You Bring
We’re hiring a Wastewater Technician in Reading 💧 Ability to prioritise workload and work proactively Familiarity with regulators and good IT skills (Salesforce experience is a plus) Strong technical background, ideally from a field engineer role Knowledge of pollution risks, flooding issues and wastewater treatment
