Our mission is to help our clients achieve successful delivery and efficient operation of their capital projects. -Managing Teams — facilitating commitment and productivity, removing obstacles, and managing teams -Management of third-party projects including other transmission Customers and interconnecting customers -The PM shall be responsible for monitoring and measuring project performance throughout the project and resolving any contract disputes related to costs, scope, and schedule. -Implementation and Management of Quality and Environmental Process and procedures on all projects focusing on meeting SPI and CPI performance indicators less than 1.0 -Responsible for the execution and successful completion of the project. Will be the main point of contact between contractors and the client on all project matter. -Initiation, Planning, Executing, and Closing Projects — defining the project WBS, Cost Baseline and OBS structure, initiating the project, building its comprehensive work plan, controlling and managing to the risks, scope, schedule and budget

What You Bring

-Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional -Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. -Bachelor's degree is required. -Effective leadership in a matrix organization. -Minimum five (5) years' experience in the functional area under which it will be contracted: Substations, T&D, Gas-Hydro, and OSG. -5-10 years in large scale projects Program Management for Utility business, -Professional Engineer License and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
