Tasks

-Notify customers when orders arrive via email or phone -Provides assistance to Project Coordinators, Project Manager and Salesperson with administrative work as required, including but not limited to the following tasks: -Self-educate, and attend manufacturer’s factory / training visits, to ensure you are constantly up to date on the latest product developments and software tools. -Process product pricing for Estimators for Bids -Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customer’s account through open communication. -Provide outstanding customer service, with a Customer First approach to business. -Process Orders from Customers lists -Create Submittals after Salesperson have reviewed and created a project -Assist in all customer events as required; this could be open houses, sporting events, lunches, etc. -Tracking Orders/Deliveries and providing ETA to customers

What You Bring

-College or University graduate preferred. -Problem solving abilities, Ability to work under pressure unsupervised. -3 years relevant experience would be an asset. -Strong work ethic guided by personal integrity and mutual respect. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
