Design and deliver water/wastewater infrastructure projects for municipal clients.

Tasks

-Conduct technical evaluations to support planning and design related to water and wastewater systems -Prepare design calculations, drawings, and specifications for water and wastewater pipelines, treatment facilities and pumping stations -Support construction projects with office engineering services (submittal review, contract document interpretation, requests for information, correspondence, change requests, and change orders) when required -Provide technical marketing support during the procurement of key projects as requested. -Prepare design calculations and drawings for incidental services to water / wastewater projects such as design of ADA Compliant curb ramps and street reconstruction grading -Support field testing and investigations when required -Communicate effectively and coordinate with project teams including other disciplines, such as cost estimators, GIS, designers, and other engineers -Assist with the preparation and review of technical memoranda, reports, drawings, specifications, and miscellaneous contract documents

What You Bring

-Excellent organizational and presentation skills -Zero (0) to five (5) years of experience in the study, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater conveyance and facilities infrastructure (pipelines, force mains, and pump stations) -AutoCAD and MicroStation experience preferred -Excellent technical writing and communication skills required -Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook, Project, Excel and PowerPoint -Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field
