Customer Success Associate

Overview

Assist customers with scheduling, communication, and documentation for window/door projects.

Tasks

-Help maintain a welcoming showroom environment by greeting visitors and ensuring a clean, organized space -Maintain document accuracy, including uploading documents, notating payments, and creating post-installation work orders -Generate and manage contracts and change orders, including adding financiers and updating payment terms -Input and maintain data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency -Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and webchat to provide timely updates and support -Review sold jobs daily and create production orders -Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations, technical measurements, installations, and walkthroughs
