Tasks
-Lead and oversee large-scale mission critical and data center electrical projects from preconstruction through turnover. -Ensure all electrical systems—power distribution, grounding, UPS, and redundancy—meet stringent performance requirements. -Support estimating, prefabrication, and business development efforts to drive company growth. -Provide executive-level oversight to project managers, superintendents, and field leadership teams. -Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams and project sites. -Manage project execution across multiple concurrent jobs, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. -Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. -Partner with general contractors, engineers, and owners to develop project strategies, budgets, and execution plans.

What You Bring
The Project Executive – Mission Critical / Data Centers will provide executive-level leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight on major data center and mission-critical electrical projects. This role requires a seasoned professional who combines strong technical acumen with proven client relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering large-scale, high-reliability electrical projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. -10+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 5 years in mission critical / data center environments -Proven success managing large-scale mission-critical projects exceeding $50M+ in value -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Strong understanding of design-build and design-assist project delivery -Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities across project teams -Proficiency with industry software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, MS Project)
