Co‑op intern designing and drafting building technology systems (security, AV, IT).

Tasks

-Produce detailed layout and equipment details of Technology systems of buildings -Assist the design team in the process of assembling organized sets of drawings -Work in conjunction with designers and engineers to help develop all aspects of a project -Assist in the data collection and/or field verification -Produce one-line diagrams/schematics

What You Bring

-Located in or attending school in or around central KY with the ability to travel locally for field work -Ability to work both independently and with a team -Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel -Revit experience preferred -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Preference for anyone with experience designing, installing, or servicing, audio visual, network, or security systems and/or equipment -Pursuing a BSEE, preferably a sophomore (2nd year) or a junior (3rd year) -CAD experience, preferably AutoCAD
