Tasks

-Safely operate and maneuver equipment and job site trailers -Oversee three-to-four-man crew -Coordinate with local inspectors and Utility companies to execute the full scope of work -Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety -Perform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw) -Coordinate with subcontractors and keep them on task -Must wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on-site -Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed. -Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work -Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

What You Bring

-Must be willing to travel in the Midwest up to 85% of the time (generally travel for 3-4 weeks and then a paid week at home). The company pays per-diem, lodging and travel. -Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and driving -Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid and rainy during all seasons throughout the year -May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated -Exceptional critical thinking skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Read and understand blueprints and sketches and build to specification instructions with precision and quality -Able read/understand blueprints -Areas of travel are within 300 miles of Toledo, OH. -3 years’ experience as a construction foreman -Possess basic computer skills including word & email -Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record -HSA and FSA
