Tasks

-Develop value stream maps, define and standardize processes, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring performance -Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points, improvement opportunities, and expectations across processes and functions -Conduct root cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and evaluate automation potential (e.g., RPA, low-code solutions) -Support implementation and change management activities to ensure sustainable adoption of improved processes -Facilitate and lead workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and co-create process improvements and design a new, efficient process -Drive end-to-end process excellence initiatives, including process discovery, analysis, mapping, and optimization using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement tools -Collaborating with cross-functional teams and project leads to alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables

What You Bring

-Knowledge of process improvement and Lean methodologies; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -High level of ownership, reliability, and team orientation -Graduate in any stream -Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English -Demonstrated ability to solve problems using a data-driven and structured approach -The ability to build relationships and trust, so your business colleagues see you as their partner, focusing on creating value for the business. -Adaptability to work in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment -The ability to understand and navigate a complex, relationship-based matrix organization to achieve key objectives. -Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently -Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving business challenges -3 to 6 years of relevant experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operations consulting -Ability to create transparency, manage stakeholder expectations, and build trust-based relationships across diverse teams -Being able to adopt a team-oriented approach to solving problems. -Experience in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration -Hands-on experience with process mapping; familiarity with BPMN standards and process documentation tools is a plus
