Tasks

-Manage client follow-ups for proposals, contracts, and invoices. -Coordinate RFPs/proposals with Marketing and track submissions in Microsoft Dynamics. -Coordinate vendors, deliveries, and building maintenance. -Oversee office operations—greeting visitors, managing calls, and maintaining common spaces. -Provide administrative support on complex projects, including invoicing and expenses.

What You Bring

-2+ years of experience in administration or team coordination. -Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems proactively. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Highly organized and adaptable to shifting priorities.
