Tasks

-Focus on maintaining quality control, contract compliance, and overall project administration. -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Lead the development and management of project budgets and schedules to ensure successful project delivery. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Implement and oversee safety programs to create a secure working environment. -Supervise project personnel and facilitate effective communication across all levels of the project team.

-Bringing over eight years of experience managing large-scale construction projects valued at over $100 million with a proven track record of successful outcomes. -Exhibit a strong work ethic with a dedication to task completion and a keen attention to detail to identify and address discrepancies. -Effective communication skills, both oral and written, to engage with stakeholders at different levels. -Ready to travel extensively, ranging from 50 to 75% of the time, to various project sites across the USA. -Hold a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field, or possess equivalent work experience. -Proficient in utilizing project scheduling tools like Primavera P6, adept at project cost control, and capable of interpreting project specifications and engineering drawings. -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. -Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple project facets simultaneously. -Regular, reliable attendance
