Summer construction internship performing pre‑construction and project management tasks.

Tasks
-Work on close out packages -Review RFI’s -Manage procurement log -Produce meeting minutes -Track change orders -Learn about and support the building permit process -Produce and manage the submittals process -Assist with schedule management -Perform quantity takeoffs -Assist with maintaining project document files and logs -Administer subcontracts -Assist with maintaining a current set of drawings

What You Bring
-College degree in progress in construction management, architecture, engineering, and/or other technical discipline or equivalent work experience. -Ability to independently organize work assignments and meet critical deadlines. -Effective written and communication skills -Ability to read plans and specs -Working knowledge of company software programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Procore a plus.
