Tasks

-Provide construction administration services -Design plumbing systems for various commercial buildings -Coordinate work with other disciplines -Complete specification writing/editing as well as code compliance research -Participate in the development of system design calculations as well as the selection of equipment for use in buildings -Prepare detailed design documents and -Perform site surveys to determine and document existing conditions

What You Bring

-4+ years of experience of plumbing design -Strong communication and time management skills -Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office -Knowledgeable with codes, standards and design guidelines -EIT/ PE a plus -Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, combined with organizational skills, the ability to plan, balance and prioritize work -Possess an excellent work ethic and attitude -Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred but not required. -2+ years of experience using Revit
