Tasks

-Assist with documentation of procedures, systems, and configurations to ensure consistency and transparency across the team. -Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security policies in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. -Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across both Windows and macOS environments. -Contribute to ongoing technology projects, including cybersecurity, infrastructure and process improvement initiatives. -Support and maintain hardware inventory, device setup, and user onboarding/offboarding processes. -Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support, managing requests through the helpdesk and providing timely, professional assistance to employees both in-office and remotely across BKM’s regional locations.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows-based systems. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions under pressure. -Familiarity with Intune, SharePoint, and Teams management a plus. -Strategic, analytical thinker with strong customer-service orientation. -Experience supporting both Windows and macOS users. -Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. -1–4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
