-Ensure that work is completed to customers' satisfaction and all targets (productivity, quality, and safety) are met. -Include time performing maintenance work as support to the field crews. -Be involved in planning, organising, directing, and controlling activities and operations of water crews.

What You Bring

-Proven leadership experience with an ability to influence and empower your crew members. -Relevant water, wastewater, engineering, mechanical or electrical qualifications -Be able to adapt your communication style to all levels of stakeholders. -National Certificate Level 4 or equivalent in experience -Demonstrated experience in working on tight deadlines and within budgets.
