Tasks

-Communication Hub: Be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and outside agencies, ensuring National Grid meets its service level agreements. -Team Leader: Supervise a culturally diverse team by coaching, counseling, and building a strong team dynamic to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. -Best Practices Advocate: Promote and implement best practices to achieve high productivity and keep costs low. -Emergency Responder: Provide support to personnel in a 24/7 operation, including responding to electrical emergencies when they arise. -Workload Manager: Oversee the team’s operational workload, making sure resources are fully utilized to meet our work plan and stay within budget. -Safety Champion: Ensure your team complies with all safety standards, policies, and regulations to create a safe working environment and minimize risks.

What You Bring

-Work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (such as sponsorship for an H-1B, TN, O, L, STEM OPT, or other employment-based work authorization) -Ability to begin the National Grid Graduate Program on June 8, 2026, or July 13, 2026 -Graduated between May 2025 and June 2026 -Valid driver’s license required with a safe driving history that meets National Grid’s Safe Driver policy -Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution
