Tasks

-Ensure that model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings -Assist with resident retention and engagement programs -Conduct and report market surveys -Promote the community through marketing efforts such as Craigslist and other platforms -Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements -Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments

What You Bring

-Willingness to complete online training courses -Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents -Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software -120 hours after two to four years -160 hours after five or more years -Availability to work two to three Saturdays per month -Strong verbal and written communication skills -80 hours in the first year
