Tasks
-Performs tasks with a high level of collaboration and sets an example for others to -Identifies and communicates deviations in project -Establishes and pursues annual goals based on personal, professional and company growth in the -Manages and coordinates Ryan's QA/QC process and project specifications. -Leads detailing effort for a complete set of construction documents and construction phase. -Ensures project goals of design excellence, execution and sustainability. -Direct, supervise and mentor junior staff. -Resolves unusual or complex technical issues. -Coordinates project design schedules. -Creates complete and thorough set of design documents to meet project goals, milestones and schedules. -Works in tandem with Client, Architects, Design Project Manager, Designers, Development, Construction and Consultants. -Research and lead code reviews and regulatory approval process. -Supports and leads team of Architects and Designers through the design process of small to mid-size projects. -Leads design meetings, consultant meetings and project team meetings.
