Tasks

-Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills -Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPI’s -Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards -Canvassing the local area -Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies -Providing support to your colleagues in your managers absence -Ensuring your colleagues and the business in risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies. -Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants -Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs

What You Bring

-Good telephone manner -Full UK Driving Licence -Drivers Licence Check -Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle -Experience leading others in a professional environment -Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) -We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate -Ability to work under own initiative -Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment -Attention to detail -Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages) -Proof of Address -An understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
