Tasks

-Field Service & Troubleshooting: Performs on-site and remote field service tasks, identifies and resolves technical issues, troubleshoots equipment/process failures, recommends corrective actions, and proactively suggests improvements to prevent future issues. -Safety & Compliance: Applies safety rules and practices during service activities, reports unsafe practices and incidents, and ensures all work is conducted in compliance with safety standards and customer expectations. -Customer Interaction & Documentation: Works directly with customers on-site to identify operational improvements and eliminate pain points; prepares all necessary documentation and customer reports for signature; utilizes all relevant tools and test equipment. -Installation, Testing & Commissioning: Handles medium and low voltage systems and switchgear installation, testing, and commissioning; programs and tests protection relays; executes service work per customer orders and timelines; prepares material lists and ensures availability and quality of parts and equipment.
