Pipefitter/Welder Sr Technician II

Overview

Install, retrofit, and maintain HVAC piping/sheet metal systems, manage projects and sub‑contractors.

Tasks

-Installs and performs retrofits of HVAC systems with intermediate to expert knowledge of piping and/or sheet metal tradecrafts. -Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicle -Purchases materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers and sub-contractors. -Participates in after-hours quoted projects (as needed) per customer requirements. -Performs sub-contractor management on quoted projects. -Completes quoted projects and demand service calls while maintaining profitability. Develops long-term relationships with customers and explains work performed to the customer's satisfaction.

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED.Two-year technical degree in related field is preferred. -Safely drives a motor vehicle and trailer as evidenced by past driving performance record. Meets requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all company safety requirements. -Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring/testing equipment.
