The Role

Overview

Tasks

-Perform general duties such as keyboarding, filing, making copies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and sending correspondence as assigned. -Ensure that all written messages are clear and passed on promptly. -Perform data entry consisting of updating computer records including customer maintenance and other records as assigned. -Route phone calls and/or visitors to the appropriate person or department in a professional and timely manner. -Process cash sales and complete daily cash deposits; Reconcile and audit cash box.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Previous customer service related telephone experience required. -Predominantly sitting or walking; some standing, stooping and bending. Use of hands/fingers, and reaching with hands/arms. Most of the time talking or hearing needed. -Answer phone in a manner which exemplifies professionalism and friendliness. -Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

-The expected rate of pay for this position is $16.66 - $25.00 hourly. -Eligibility for company-paid benefits such as life insurance, short-term disability, long-term care, and Employee Assistance Program, subject to applicable waiting periods. -Eligibility: Employees are eligible for health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
