Tasks
-Collaborate with pre-construction team during bid pursuits. -Maintain high standards of workmanship and professional representation and responsiveness for prospects and customers. -Attend BIM coordination meetings. -Responsible for managing design on multiple large industrial fire protection projects. -Work with engineering team to receive permitting and approval on design. -Provide hydraulic calculations and layout assistance for pre-construction. -Provide 3D BIM models.

-NICET Level III certification preferred -Deadline and detail-oriented -Excellent administrative and organizational skills, expert in communication, writing, and documentation abilities. -Strong collaboration skills -10 years' experience in the fire protection field -Proficient with HydraCAD, AutoSprink, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and HASS -Elite time management skills -Ability to manage fast paced design environment on large projects. -Strong leadership qualities -Must have valid Driver's License with clean record -Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and understand building plans and blueprints.
