Tasks
-Apply a strong attention to detail to all documentation and processes, ensuring accurate and complete information -Gather and document program performance metrics for regular reporting based on client requirements -Assist in developing customer presentations with an understanding of visual representation and graphic standards to create effective communication tools -Research cost saving opportunities for clients -Engage in detail-driven research for solutions based on client requirements -Aid in the development of processes and documentation to implement across multiple projects -Develop an appreciation for design principles to all activities: function, balance, alignment, proportion, materiality, etc. -Work with team to document clear project requirements, deliverables and deadlines to ensure expectations are fulfilled -Work closely with vendor partners to gather and clarify detailed information and develop customer mock-ups -Develop knowledge of commercial furnishings and equipment based on customer-specific standards

What You Bring
-Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite required, especially Excel and PowerPoint -0-2 years of interior design experience preferred. -Deadline-driven, self-motivated work ethic -Minimum of bachelor’s degree required. -Basic knowledge of building infrastructure, construction vocabulary and building codes preferred -Must be comfortable working independently when needed -Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Project Management preferred. -Strong analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills -Listen and respond with empathy -Minimum of 1 year workplace experience required. -AutoCAD or similar drafting software experience preferred -Excellent organization and time management skills -Basic knowledge of commercial furnishings and equipment preferred -Basic understanding of floorplans and drawing sets preferred
