The Role

Overview

Cultivate mammalian cells in bioreactors, handle media prep, sampling, and documentation.

Tasks

-Sterilize, sanitize, and operate bench and pilot scale bioreactors. -Hydrate an array of medium and buffer inventory. -Maintain accurate and complete records consistent with company policy and legal requirements. -Cultivate mammalian cells using aseptic techniques in bench and pilot scale bioreactors. -Produce various nonclinical reagents in support of research and development activities. -Conduct daily sampling of bioreactors.

What You Bring

-Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols. -Previous laboratory experience preferred. -0-2+ years of experience, or a combination of training and experience. -Experience in inventory management or media/buffer preparation is a plus. -High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in science or engineering. -Experience in cell culture and media preparation.
