Tasks
-Train and supervise maintenance team members and vendors -Lead daily maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities -Handle after-hours emergencies and maintain strong communication with residents -Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships -Manage service requests and make-ready units efficiently -Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all OSHA/EPA/Fair Housing standards

What You Bring
-Reliable transportation and personal tools -Strong gas and HVAC experience (EPA Type II or Universal required) -Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs -5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience -Proven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service -CPO certification preferred
