-Guide the project team through the entire design process, providing support through construction administration. -Oversee projects valued between $5-$6 million, focusing on maintenance and upgrades of existing K-12 educational facilities. -Collaborate and provide facilitation for design teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination. -Participate in project pursuits and staffing efforts. -Prepare and review contracts, manage budgets, and oversee invoices. -Coordinate multiple consultants and resources across the firm.
