  • Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing prompt and courteous service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the fountain area, countertops, equipment, and utensils
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
  • Ensure that the fountain area, display cases, and seating areas are well-maintained and visually appealing
  • Promote daily specials, new menu items, or promotions to encourage customers to try a variety of offerings
  • Provide accurate change and receipts to customers
  • Accurately process and fulfill customer orders, paying attention to special requests or dietary restrictions
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and use the Point of Sale (POS) system effectively
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
  • Ensure consistent quality in drink and dessert preparation, following established recipes and procedures
  • Efficiently manage multiple orders, ensuring timely preparation and serving
  • Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of beverages, food, milkshakes, snacks, and other fountain treats

  • Ability to perform a variety of job responsibilities with extreme care, concern and detail.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments and making change
  • Work requires attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a high-volume environment.
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu, ingredients, and preparation techniques to confidently assist customers and answer inquiries
  • Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner
  • Basic computer skills and experience with InfoGenesis preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Attention to detail in order preparation and presentation
  • Food safety and hygiene knowledge, including proper sanitation practices
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Professionally groomed in a manner consistent with Company appearance standards
  • Work requires interactions with guests, public and fellow Members
  • Must have 6 months previous cash handling experience
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, statutory requirements regarding health and food safety, sanitation, proper chemical usage, fire procedures.
