Tasks

-Lead and mentor BAS and PLC engineers across design, programming, graphics, and commissioning. -Contribute to scope development, proposals, and preconstruction support for complex automation projects. -Serve as a technical interface between engineering, project management, field operations, and customers. -Define and enforce engineering standards, templates, and QA/QC processes. -Oversee technical delivery and ensure projects meet design, quality, and performance standards. -Develop and integrate control solutions using PLC, ALC, Niagara N4, Ignition, and OSI platforms.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of HVAC water and air distribution systems and their integration with BAS/SCADA controls. -PMP, PE, or ISA CAP preferred -Proficient in designing and programming systems with PLC/DDC (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Automated Logic, Alerton, Distech and Tridium Niagara) -Tridium Niagara N4 Certified -Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering. -7+ years of BAS, PLC, or SCADA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role. -Background in mission-critical environments such as data centers, hospitals, or pharmaceutical facilities. -Inductive Automation Ignition Core or Gold Certification -Experience configuring Ignition or OSI Monarch for supervisory control and integration. -Allen-Bradley/Siemens/Schneider PLC certification -Automated Logic (ALC) Certified Engineer -Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, OPC, and MQTT communication standards.
