Lead and manage NE‑IA traffic design team, overseeing staff, projects, mentoring and operations.

Tasks

-Your direct reports timecard reviews, mentoring, checkins, annual review and outlook and career development discussions. -Assist coordination of staff and services with other sections in the NebraskaIowa Area and other geographic Areas through workshare. -Assist section leadership with the responsibility for operations of a production section including input to project staffing, morale, quality control and marketing support. -Assist with hiring process, and trainings. -Assist in ensuring all work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated through proactive project management system -Implement, monitor, and support company policies.

What You Bring

-Project management and business development experience -Demonstrated ability to build a network of clients and industry partners -Experience mentoring junior staff -Additional tasks would include daytoday communication (verbal and written) with the traffic section, business group and area leadership. As the team lead you will continue with ongoing project responsibilities in addition to section management support.
