Distribution Material Handler- Mid Shift

Overview

Pick, pack, load orders and move product using material handling equipment.

Tasks

-Ensure all orders are loaded properly on the correct trailer and all the paperwork is complete so the orders can ship -Sort and move product interdepartmentally while operating and using a variety of material handling equipment, including, but not limited to, forklift, hand-helds, racks, etc. -Develop and maintain a clean, safe working environment and ensure participation in safety programs and required trainings -Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and encourages team effort -Pick and pack to ensure all orders are pulled and packaged properly to be loaded

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience -Warehouse hand-held ERP technology experience a plus but not required - training will be provided -Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds -Ability to maintain positive moral within the workforce -Problem solving skills and innovative solutions -Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time -Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principals of safety for self and others into daily activities -Dynamic self-motivation and ability to work a flexible schedule -Ability to work on assigned tasks while portraying excellent teamwork mentality
