The Role

Overview

Provide on-site and remote IT support for offices and construction sites in Florida.

Tasks

-Collaborate with team members to complete project-related support tasks within defined scope. -Provide onsite support for desktop computing, network access, wireless , mobi le de vice s and A/V systems at both regional offices and construction jobsites. -Assist in onboarding and offboarding tasks including workstation configuration, hardware delivery/setup, and decommissioning. -Document issue resolution steps and contribute to SOP development and maintenance. -Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues, escalating more complex problems to Field Services Engineers. -Travel regularly to job sites as needed, maintaining strong field presence and communication. -Respond to service requests related to jobsite mobilization, including setup of Internet, fire walls/ switches, wireless access points, copier s and other infrastructure. -Ensure all hardware and software assets are tracked in ServiceNow and inventory systems are up to date. -Support VIP and executive users, ensuring timely and professional service for high-priority requests.

-Ou ts t anding time m anagem ent sk ills -Familiarity with Microsoft environments (including Windows 11, Active Directory, and Office 365) , networking, a n d basic troubleshooting principles -Ability to lift 50 pound s -Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work , t hr ivin g both independently a nd coll abora tively in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere -Mus t have r eliable transportation -Fluency in English required ; Spanish preferred -Must be comfortable with regional travel -Strong communication and problem-solving skills -2 – 3 years of hands-on technical support experience. -Associate’s degree in Information Technology , or equivalent experience.
