-Coordinating with scheduling to get jobs completed -Develop positive and ongoing relationships with customers -Estimate, sell, and manage fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression projects -Responsible for reading inspection reports and generating proposals to customers for repairs -Read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, contract documents, and project specifications -Coordination Between Trades

-This position requires a proficiency in computer usage above basic Microsoft Office & Windows Skills. Must be tech savvy. -Professionalism in email and over the phone. -Ability to multi-task to the extreme -High Mechanical Interest -Must have good computer technical experience -AutoCad experience preferred -Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required -Valid driver's license and excellent driving record -Proficiency in word, excel, and spreadsheets desired -Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude. -Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills
