Tasks
-Partnered closely with delivery teams to ensure readiness and excellence in execution -Launched net-new service products from concept to market with defined deliverables, success metrics, and market-fit validation -Built roadmaps for forward-deployed engineering (FDE), which would be a plus -Launch at least one net-new services offering with clear GTM, enablement, and delivery plans -Establish core KPIs for services product performance, utilization, and revenue contribution -Partner with the CCO and Services leaders to align on strategy, expectations, and success metrics -Finalize and begin execution of a 12-month services roadmap aligned with customer needs and revenue goals -Assess the current pipeline for service innovation and identify immediate wins or extensions -Drive a minimum of 10% YoY increase in services revenue through new and enhanced offerings -Deliver a rough draft of the initial services roadmap for forward-deployed engineering (FDE) and PS/L&D -Deliver initial financial results and customer feedback on the first services launched -Present a go-forward strategy for services portfolio innovation to executive leadership -Built and executed joint GTM strategies that resulted in new pipeline and market reach -Quantified and optimized the impact of partner channels on services revenue and scalability -Operationalize repeatable GTM and enablement playbooks across internal teams and partners -Used data to identify, validate, and prioritize service opportunities for long-term value -Scale partner-delivered services to contribute meaningfully to services capacity and margin -Collaborated with and enabled SIs (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini) to co-deliver or resell services -Create internal alignment across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Finance to support scalable service launches -Created innovative hybrid services that improved CLV and balanced risk for clients and Sitetracker -Developed a multi-quarter roadmap aligned with both product development and customer needs -Aligned pricing models to business goals such as customer acquisition, retention, or margin expansion -Created service offerings with clear pricing, scope, and delivery models -Launch a complete services portfolio strategy that supports lifecycle, retention, and expansion -Build a comprehensive understanding of Sitetracker’s current services, delivery model, and customer lifecycle -Designed services tailored for partner delivery, including training, SOWs, and pricing frameworks -Evaluated financial and operational impacts of revenue models on metrics like ARR and utilization
