-Strong understanding of construction industry standards and safety regulations -Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced construction environment -In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection -Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical site inspection or related field -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field -Excellent technical report writing skills -Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to different project sites in Doha -Experience with project management software and quality control procedures -Certified Mechanical Inspector certification or equivalent
