-Attention to Detail: Ensure precision with every cut, bend, and assembly -Precision Assembly: Layout, align, and fabricate components with laser-sharp attention to detail, ensuring everything meets exact specifications -Machine Maintenance: Perform basic machine upkeep to ensure equipment is always in top working condition -Operate High-Quality Fabrication Machines: Use cutoff saws, hydraulic press brakes, and more to shape, cut, and bend aluminum sheets to perfection

-Heavy Lifting & Physical Work: Move and lift materials weighing 50–100 lbs. or more—strong, hands-on work every day! -Skills: Strong ability to read blueprints, and use hand tools and machines (e.g., presses, clamps) -Blueprint Mastery: Work from technical drawings to assemble pieces with precision, ensuring flawless results -Physical Strength: Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in a physically demanding role -Experience: 1-2 years in sheet metal fabrication or equivalent training—CNC experience preferred -Math Skills: Apply basic math concepts like fractions, ratios, and percentages to your work
