The Role

Overview

Manage haul logistics, support crew, and ensure safety on construction projects.

Tasks

-Assist in the receiving and dispatching JWS orders to Plant Foreman, Haul Department, and Hot Mix Foreman -Scheduling drivers to be on-site as required by HMAC leadership -Participate in daily safety meetings -Guiding of asphalt trucks, etc. -Coordinate transportation with CDL Drivers -Provide on-site logistics support to HMAC Crews -On the job the employee-owner will constantly be exposed to outdoor environmental conditions, navigate around moving machinery, and work on and around uneven or unstable surfaces. -Provides support to crew, including but not limited to: -Compliance of Safety Policies & Procedures

-To perform the duties of the job one must be able to talk, see, hear, and have use of their fingers. -Must be able to on rarer occasions perform the following physical activities: crawling. -Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
