What You Bring

-Knowledge and understanding of fire alarm systems, which include devises and panels -Willingness to learn on the job and share experiences with other members of the team -Experience with all major social media channels -Working outdoors for up to 8 hours a day -Working knowledge of heath exchangers; shell and tub and plate and frame -Previous experience in event coordination is beneficial -Knowledge and ability to work with fire suppression system; wet, dry, or chemical -Walking for up to 8 hours a day -Universal Refrigeration License -Air movement in a commercial high rise office building -Bending up to 4 hours a day -Ability to climb ladders and stairs -Excellent organizational skills and key attention to detail -The ability to meet deadlines; accomplish work in order of priority; professionally maintain composure & effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions -Standing up to 8 hours a day in an outdoor environment -Ability to operator and understand booster pump stations, fire pumps, jockey pumps, ejector pumps and lift stations -Ability to rough-in electrical circuits and size electrical circuits -Organizational and interpersonal skills -Pneumatic and direct digital controls; air compressors, air dryers, inputs, outputs, and controllers -Able to lift up to 50 pounds -Working knowledge of GFI circuits -Solid understanding of different marketing techniques -Excellent knowledge of MS Office -Must be able to cover weekend* shift at Avenue East Cobb -Ability to troubleshoot and repair lighting circuits -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
