Tasks
The Marketing Specialist is a key member of Bouten’s Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality design materials that support the company’s brand, business development, and communications goals. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities under tight deadline Marketing Collateral and Visual Branding (25%) -Maintain a consistent visual identity across all company materials. -Assist in producing interview materials including slide decks, boards, and printed collateral. -Create event and sponsorship graphics such as banners, trade show displays, and presentation visuals. -Collaborate with the MarCom Manager, Communications Specialist, and project teams to translate ideas and content into engaging visuals. -Collaborate with the MarCom team on visual content for internal newsletters, external campaigns, and website updates. -Design, format, and produce proposals, qualifications packages (RFQs/RFPs), and presentation materials. -Partner with the MarCom team to plan and create social media content that aligns with the company’s communications strategy. -Maintain proposal templates, ensuring brand consistency and efficient production workflows. -Create infographics, diagrams, and charts that communicate complex information clearly. -Design and post visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels. -Prepare files for print and digital submission. -Assist with light photography, photo editing, and digital asset organization. -Monitor engagement and support analytics tracking. -Engage with clients, partners, community members, and employees online in a professional, brand-aligned manner, including monitoring platforms for issues or crises as needed. -Design a variety of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, event graphics, and advertisements. -Manage Bouten’s online brand presence and visual storytelling.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties/responsibilities of this j -Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and organizational levels. -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). -Proficiency project management software (Procore, etc.) and standard business software (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint). -Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field. -Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines. -Highly organized, team-oriented, and adaptable with a positive, solution-focused attitude. -Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). -Excellent follow-up skills and strong attention to detail. -3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing design, preferably within the A/E/C (architecture, engineering, construction) or professional services industries. -Excellent creative instincts with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change. -Solid understanding of both print and digital production workflows. -Familiarity with web content systems such as WordPress or SharePoint. -Ability to design large, multi-page documents using InDesign master pages, paragraph and character styles, preflight, and packaging tools. -Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and related analytics tools.
