Tasks

-Facilitate coordination among engineering, procurement, and field service teams to ensure timely and quality execution. -Monitor progress against plan, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed. -Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution. -Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. -Lead and coordinate all phases of assigned projects, from contract review through completion and handover. -Manage project scope, ensuring clear definition of deliverables and alignment with customer expectations. -Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and contributing to process standardization within the Service organization. -Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, invoicing, and cost control to meet profitability targets.

What You Bring

-Experience managing projects involving conveyors, sortation systems, or control automation. -Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. -Working knowledge of project planning, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination. -Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across multilingual teams and customer groups. -5+ years of experience in project management within automation, material handling, or related industrial field. -Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% (Note Most travel is done on weekdays). -Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other layout/design tools. -Experience with completion of small-to-medium sized projects (up to $10M) in the Construction and/or Material Handling Industry. -Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management (or equivalent technical field). -Strong subcontractor management experience. -PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. -Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
