What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree - Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree; or 8 years equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience. -7+ years of experience working with either a GC or Trade Partner in an estimating role -Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Word, and Powerpoint -5+ years of experience working with the Value Management processes -5+ years demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software solutions
