Tasks
We’re seeking a proactive and data-savvy Local Area Marketing (LAM) Associate – Portfolio to join our Sales & Marketing team. You’ll help plan, execute and optimise marketing activity that drives leads, builds brand awareness, and strengthens community engagement at a local level. This hands-on and analytical role sits at the intersection of national and local activation. You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager – Portfolio to translate our brand into compelling campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes, from awareness and enquiry through to conversion and ROI. Bring community marketing to life at one of Australia’s leading retirement living providers. -Using campaign performance data to analyse ROI, optimise spend and identify opportunities for improvement. -Collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to ensure local initiatives align with commercial goals and resident needs. -Managing customer journey touchpoints across website, email, social and search channels to enhance enquiry conversion. -Maintaining marketing reporting, dashboards and performance insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. -Ensuring compliance with brand standards, privacy, and consumer law obligations. -Coordinating delivery of marketing collateral, events, and local partnerships to drive awareness and engagement. -Supporting the development, execution and optimisation of local area marketing (LAM) plans across the national portfolio. -Effective local campaigns that deliver high-quality leads and measurable ROI.

What You Bring
-Familiarity with marketing automation, customer journeys, and retargeting activity -Strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams -Experience in property, real estate, or retirement living industries -3+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, media or digital disciplines -Demonstrated capability in analysing campaign data and translating insight into action -Exposure to media strategy and cross-channel campaign integration -Experience delivering measurable ROI from digital and traditional marketing channels -Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field -Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer experience dynamics -Continuous improvement through data-driven insights and optimisation -Hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEO, social, or paid media -Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills
