Tasks
-Collaborate with technology teams and third-party vendors to resolve problems and maintain the infrastructure -Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues -Perform onsite technical support and maintenance tasks for data center and IT infrastructure -Perform regular maintenance and update tasks such as network hardware upgrades, patching, backups -Provide remote and onsite support for end-users -Conduct preventive maintenance on the equipment -Assist with the installation and configuration of various hardware and software components
