Overview

Tasks

-Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. -Prepare RFPs and review responses. Evaluate data and prepare specialized reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons. -Assemble property data for such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, etc. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to the current client base. -Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements. Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments. -Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts. Participate in negotiations and due diligence. -Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Impact the quality of own work. -Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss features, leasing rates, and terms. -Provide clients with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. Real Estate License is strongly preferred. -Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. -Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. -Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. -Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
