-Rotate through departments (select locations) for broader exposure -Collaborate with experienced professionals across departments -Conduct site visits and/or job shadow (select locations) -Contribute to real projects applicable to your degree/discipline (e.g., Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Structural, etc.)

What You Bring

-Strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset -A junior pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Structural, EV Infrastructure, and Fire Protection) or Construction -Learn industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and more
