The Role

Manages payroll, recruiting, and HR administration for corporate HR operations.

Tasks

-Maintain excellent customer service relationships with team members, vendors, clients and fellow associates -Coordinate job postings, recruitment events, and candidate communications -Craft recruiting communications to attract passive candidates -Maintain payroll records, tax information, and benefits deductions -Maintain Applicant Tracking System and hiring workflows -Support HR projects and initiatives -Administer and oversee the team member rental program -Maintain HRIS data integrity and support system enhancements -Assist with company-wide events and employee engagement activities -Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with federal, state, and local laws -Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as needed -Support PTO tracking and payroll audits -Assist with job description updates -Collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams -Complete employment competitor analysis as directed -Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and selection -Maintain employee records, payroll files, and compliance documentation -Administer garnishments and ensure legal compliance -Train and provide practical tools regarding recruitment and on-boarding journey -Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experience -Support unemployment claim responses and compliance audits -Assist with employee onboarding, performance reviews, and training initiatives -Provide direct support to team members for payroll-related questions -Provide employment verification and respond to HR-related inquiries

-Experience with payroll, HRIS and ATS administration systems -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications -Strong Human Relations and Customer Service Skills, with the Ability to Maintain Professional Image
