-Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on tugboat equipment to ensure operational readiness. -Communicate effectively with ship crews, harbor pilots, and port control to coordinate tug operations and respond to instructions. -Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily operations, incidents, and maintenance activities. -Monitor weather and waterway conditions continuously to adjust operations and maintain safety standards. -Operate tugboats to assist in the berthing and unberthing of vessels, ensuring precise and safe maneuvering.
