Tasks

-Coordinate plans and specifications with design engineers, resolving discrepancies -Participate in the development and management of project schedules, including three and six-week look-ahead schedules -Provide coordination, planning, and supervision for MEP scopes of work -Review and understand contract documents -Manage the utilization of Mortenson tools and equipment -Review construction documents for completeness and constructability -Collaborate with project partner superintendents -Plan and implement to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule -Develop a site logistics plan -Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service

What You Bring

-Active listening skills and effective communication including openness to diverse input and feedback -Ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex data center projects -Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks -Minimum 8 years of construction experience with two of those years having supervisory experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor -Associate or bachelor's degree in construction, Civil, or Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering or 10 years trade experience -Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level -Positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills -Current driver’s license -Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices -Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies -Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, inclusive behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans and their intended use
