Tasks

-Creates and facilitates safety training and orientations aligned with project specifics and schedules -Creates accurate safety reports and accident investigation documents -Engages in cross-site activities including cross audit opportunities with regional or area managers. -Participates in safety organizations outside of the company and in assigned region -Ensures compliance with the company’s current safety manual, policies, and expectations -Builds working relationships with customer representatives, project staff, and subcontractor representatives -Leads and participates in safety training and subcontractor development -Represents company in a positive and professional manner with the customer and subcontractors -Develops and maintains the site Safety Execution Plan (SEP) and facilitates annual reviews.
