Overview

Drive new B2B sales and build client relationships for facilities management in Ireland.

Tasks

-Develop strategies, compelling pitches, and proposals that make our clients exalt (We are not just another FM provider) -Hunt down new business opportunities across public and private sectors like a caffeinated bloodhound -Work with Operations teams to make the impossible a reality -Build relationships so strong they should be reinforced with steel -Charm the socks off clients (figuratively... usually)

What You Bring

-Obsessed with KPIs and Dashboards and still cool at conferences -Able to sell ice to penguins, then offer maintenance on the ice -You've got experience in B2B business development - ideally within Facilities Management hard and soft services, energy management or related industries -You're strategic, self-motivated, and a natural communicator -You're as comfortable at a boardroom table as you are on a site tour -Fluent in PowerPoint, persuasion, and comprehensive follow-ups
